Returns & Refunds

Every Reflexion kit is a one-of-one composition sold exactly as shown and described. Because each kit is unique and may include antique, vintage, reproduction, and new pieces, please review all product photos, dimensions, condition information, and included items carefully before purchasing.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Reflexion does not accept returns because of a change of mind, style preference, fit within your space, or other buyer-remorse reasons.

All kits are sold AS IS, with known condition details disclosed in the product listing.

When a Return May Be Approved

A return may be considered if:

  • Your order arrives materially damaged in shipping.

  • The product received is materially different from its description.

  • You receive the wrong item or kit.

All returns require prior authorization from Reflexion. Do not ship anything back without receiving return instructions and authorization from us first.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, contact Reflexion within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Please keep the item and all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed and resolved.

When reporting shipping damage, provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the inner packaging

  • Photos of the outer shipping box

  • A clear photo of the shipping label

  • A short description of the damage

Use the Contact page to submit the information and upload supporting photos.

Damage Resolution

Reflexion will review each damage claim individually.

For material damage, the appropriate resolution may include a return and full refund.

For minor damage, Reflexion may offer a partial refund, repair allowance, or another reasonable resolution depending on the circumstances.

Authorized Returns

If a return is approved:

  • Reflexion will provide return instructions.

  • An authorization number will be issued.

  • Reflexion will provide the return shipping label.

  • The complete kit must be returned as instructed.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

The return address is provided only after a return has been approved and is not published on the website.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned kit is received and inspected.

Please allow approximately 3–5 business days after inspection for Reflexion to process the refund.

For an approved full refund, the refund may include:

  • The kit purchase price

  • Original shipping charges

  • Packaging and handling charges

  • Applicable sales tax

Refund timing after Reflexion issues the refund may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment and packing have begun.

Once packing has started or the order has shipped, the normal Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

Because every Reflexion kit is one-of-one, the kit is removed from available inventory as soon as the purchase is completed.
