These Terms & Conditions govern your use of reflexionstyles.com and purchases from Reflexion LLC. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced below.
Products and One-of-One Inventory
Reflexion sells curated décor kits as complete compositions.
Each kit is one-of-one and is sold as the exact collection defined by the individual product photos in its listing.
We do not sell individual pieces from a kit separately.
Product availability is limited to the quantity shown on the website, which is normally one.
Antique, Vintage, Reproduction, and New Pieces
Reflexion kits may contain antique, vintage, reproduction, and new pieces.
Antique and vintage items may show normal signs of age and prior use, including patina, wear, surface marks, variations, or minor imperfections.
Known material condition issues will be described and photographed when appropriate.
Where the exact age, manufacturer, maker, or provenance of an item is unknown, Reflexion will not represent that information as known.
AS-IS Sales
Reflexion kits are sold AS IS, exactly as shown and described.
Customers are responsible for reviewing:

Included items
Condition information
Known imperfections
Product description
before completing a purchase.
Normal age-related characteristics that are disclosed or reasonably visible in the listing are not considered defects.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
The price shown for a Reflexion kit applies to the complete kit.
Standard shipping within the continental United States is included in the product price. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is confirmed.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance if a payment fails, inventory is unavailable, a technical error occurs, or information provided with the order cannot be validated.
Reflexion reserves the right to cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary because of payment problems, inventory errors, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or other material order-processing issues.
If Reflexion cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Cart Reservations
Because each Reflexion kit is one-of-one, placing a kit in your cart temporarily reserves it for 15 minutes.
The purchase is not secured until checkout is successfully completed.
If checkout is not completed within the reservation period, the kit may return to available inventory and may be purchased by another customer.
Reflexion does not manually hold or reserve kits outside this checkout process.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment and packing have begun.
Once packing has started or the order has shipped, the Reflexion Returns & Refunds Policy applies.
Because every kit is one-of-one, purchased inventory is removed from availability when the transaction is completed.
Shipping
Reflexion currently ships only within the continental United States.
A valid physical street address is required. Reflexion does not currently ship to:
PO Boxes
Alaska
Hawaii
U.S. territories
International destinations
Standard shipping within the continental United States is included in the product price. Some kits may require more than one shipping carton, but customers are not charged a separate standard shipping fee at checkout.
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
If you discover an address error after placing an order, contact Reflexion immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipping has begun.
Some shipments may require a delivery signature depending on the shipment's value or carrier requirements.

Returns and Shipping Damage
Reflexion does not accept change-of-mind or buyer-remorse returns.
Returns may be considered when:
An order arrives materially damaged in shipping
The item received is materially different from its description
The wrong item or kit is received
All returns require prior authorization.
Report shipping damage within 48 hours of confirmed delivery, and retain all original packaging while we review the claim.

Gift Orders
Reflexion kits may be purchased as gifts.
An optional gift message may be included when available, and pricing information will not be included inside the shipment.
Gift orders remain subject to the same shipping, return, damage, and address requirements as other orders.
Product Images and Styling
Customers should review the written product information, individual product photos, condition disclosures, and staged photographs together when evaluating a kit. Individual product photos define the décor pieces included in the kit.
Website Content
Text, photographs, graphics, branding, styling materials, product presentations, and other original content appearing on the Reflexion website may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or used commercially without permission from Reflexion LLC, except as permitted by law.
Acceptable Website Use
You may not use the Reflexion website to:
Attempt fraudulent purchases
Interfere with website operation or security
Introduce malicious code
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Misrepresent your identity or payment information
Use website content unlawfully
Reflexion may restrict access or cancel transactions associated with suspected fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
Third-Party Services
Reflexion relies on third-party services to operate portions of the website and business, including services for website hosting, payments, shipping, email, and analytics.
Use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.
Reflexion is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by third-party systems outside Reflexion's reasonable control.
Website and Listing Errors
Reflexion makes reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, pricing, inventory, and website information accurate.
If a material error is discovered, Reflexion may correct the information or cancel an affected transaction.
If payment has already been collected for an order Reflexion cannot fulfill because of such an error, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Changes to These Terms
Reflexion may update these Terms & Conditions as the website, business operations, or legal requirements change.
The current version will be posted on this page with the revision date.
Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
